Founder 1-Management Expert: Dr. Zhou, the founder of the company, is a post-doctoral fellow in management. Prior to founding ONESUN, he has provided management consulting services to more than 300 companies, providing professional consulting services in strategic management, marketing strategy and brand operation. Most of these companies are from the new energy industry. in 2014, he started his own lithium battery factory and became a major player in the field of manufacturing lithium batteries for robotics, equipment, electric vehicles, household and specialty.

Founder 2-Technical Expert: The technical partner was the head of BYD's battery technology, with more than 20 years of rich technology and experience, and is one of the leading figures in China's technological innovation of power battery and energy storage battery applications.

Product integration advantages: ONESUN has both battery and inverter factories, as well as BMS and PCBA production units, which can handle the integrated communication issues of batteries and inverters. Meanwhile, the intelligent system of ONESUN battery can automatically identify the communication module of the inverter. ONESUN is committed to the integrated application research of inverters and batteries, with various forms of integrated inverters and energy storage machines, as well as various forms of small, medium, and large solar systems, making customer installation very simple and convenient.

ONESUN developing Milestone&History 2010-2023

In 2010, Research on the application of BMS technology in the field of AGV and energy storage.

In 2014, formally start our own factory to supply domestic AGV lithium batteries.

In 2016, provided OEM service to domestic traders and indirectly exported globally.

In 2019, invested in an inverter factory and became one of the main shareholders of the factory.

In 2020, set up an overseas division to sell ONESUN energy storage systems overseas.

In 2022, mainly researched on integrated photovoltaic storage integrated system.

In 2023, established a European warehouse in Germany.

Since ONESUN established its own exporting department in 2020, we have received visits from foreign customers one after another. They are mainly from more than 70 countries such as Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa. You are also very welcome to visit our company.

There are currently two factories engaged in the R&D and production of solar energy storage systems, storage batteries and solar inverters; located in Shenzhen and Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China, which are conveniently located close to the airport and adjacent to Hong Kong. The total factory covers an area of about 10,000 square meters and has more than 300 permanent employees.

From the selection of raw materials, production, packaging to shipment, each step of the process is strictly in accordance with ISO9001 standards, such as IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC, QA and other quality control measures. Our factory has passed ISO9001:2008 and SGS certifications, and our products have passed CE (LVD/EMC), RoHS, UL, SONCAP, CB and some EU countries' grid-connected certification tests, and we have obtained more than 30 international and national patents.

ONESUN is committed to sustainable green photovoltaic energy storage and will gradually establish a battery recycling business system in the countries and regions where customers are located, in accordance with government and customer requirements.This will be mandatory in Europe by 2025. ONESUN is committed to researching product stability technology, temperature control technology, long life cycle technology, and reliability maintenance technology, giving our products significant advantages in both design and service life. The battery can achieve a maximum warranty of 20 years, and the IP65 inverter can achieve a 10-year warranty.

ONESUN has its own SMT equipment to improve production efficiency and control quality while reducing costs. ONESUN three-phase high-voltage inverter adopts globally unique T-shaped 4-arm technology, which has higher conversion efficiency and supports 100% three-phase unbalanced output. The MPPT tracking efficiency reaches 99.99%, ranking first in the industry. ONESUN's innovative technology route for power frequency inverters has achieved the same level of conversion efficiency as high-frequency inverters, reaching over 98%, ranking first in the industry.
